Our origin
Monterosas grows on the equator, in Tabacundo, where altitude and volcanic soil give roses a strength and depth of colour that is hard to find anywhere else. We have worked the same land ever since, and every stem we ship still leaves from it.
Grown responsibly
On the equator the light is constant, so we grow with the sun instead of against it. Our practices are certified and audited every year — not self-declared.
One team, start to finish
Over 20 years of growing the same varieties on the same land teaches you things a spreadsheet cannot. We know which stems travel well, which open early, and which will still look right on day twelve.
